Ninja Kamui Is Coming Again With Season 2 and Season 3
Ninja Kamui returns with Season 2 and 3 as Higan faces a new deadly conspiracy.

Annecy, France – June 2025 — Now it’s confirmed that Ninja Kamui is going to have Season 2 and also Season 3. This was said during the Annecy International Animation Festival by Adult Swim. Season 2 has already started production, so it won’t be long before it is released. The show is still being made by Sola Entertainment, which is a studio in Japan.
But for now, it is not certain if E&H Production, which did the animation work in Season 1, is coming back for the next two seasons. Nothing is shared yet about that.
New Season Title and Story Tease Revealed
The second season is named Ninja Kamui Season Two: Red Vendetta. In this part, the story will continue with Higan as he discovers a new plan that can bring a very big danger. This new threat is said to be much larger, and the plot is going to show him dealing with that. There was also released the first teaser visual and a tagline for the fans to see.
Sola Entertainment already mentioned Season 2 last year when they talked about the Ninja Kamui: Shinobi Origins video game. But after they posted, it got removed fast. Later, Jason DeMarco from Adult Swim said that no official decision was made at that time.

In North America, people can watch Ninja Kamui on Adult Swim. Also, it’s available on HBO Max for streaming. The show follows Higan, who used to be ninja clan. After his wife and child were killed, he went after revenge with help from FBI agents.

Season 1 was directed by Sunghoo Park, who is also known for directing Jujutsu Kaisen Season 1. Other names on the team were Yui Miura as assistant director, Takashi Okazaki, who made early character art, Shigeru Murakoshi, who wrote the story, Sayaka Kois, who did the character designs, and Yann Rugaru, who did the art direction.
