The highly anticipated Battlegrounds Mobile India Series (BGIS) 2025 is moving to its second phase, where fierce competition will resume. Following the conclusion of Round 1, the next stage promises even higher stakes as teams battle for a spot in Round 3. Here’s a comprehensive look at the schedule, format, and teams competing in BGIS 2025 Round 2.
Round 1 of BGIS 2025, held between February 16th and 23rd, witnessed 1024 teams competing across the iconic battlegrounds of Erangel, Miramar, and Sanhok. After a week of intense clashes, 496 teams have secured their positions in the upcoming Round 2.
BGIS 2025 Round 2: Schedule and Format
In Round 2, a total of 512 teams will face off, comprising 496 teams from Round 1 and 16 teams from the realme BGIS Grind. These 16 teams include the bottom 8 teams from Group C and the top 8 teams from Group D of The Grind stage.
The Round 2 matches will unfold over four days, from February 27th to March 2nd, where teams will compete for a coveted spot in Round 3. Out of these 512 contenders, only 224 teams will advance:
- Top 7 teams from each group will earn a direct slot in Round 3.
- An additional 16 teams, based on overall standings from the remaining pool, will also move forward.
