Warzone 2 map and custom loadout

Warzone 2 will feature the city of Al Mazrah as its launch map. Al Mazrah, situated in the United Republic of Adal, has 18 different points of interest to offer. Players will find areas such as the Al Bagra Fortress, Sariff Bay, Sa’id,  Embassy, Zarqwa Hydroelectric, and Taraq on the map.

Call of Duty Warzone 2.0 will also feature a new backpack system for carrying items which will be quite useful in the new DMZ mode as well as the battle royale game modes. Custom loadouts will also be making a return to Warzone 2.

Warzone 2 DMZ mode: How does it work?

The new DMZ mode will be an extraction mode where squads have to take on AI as well as other players while they try and complete objectives to earn rewards. Call of Duty players would pick up loot, get a hold of Strongholds and complete “faction-based missions” in order to survive and get exfiltrated.

There’s also a new twist to the iconic Gulag. It will now be a 2v2 environment where randomly paired duos would battle against each other to win their way back to their squads. There’s also a second chance on offer, if the opposing players team up and defeat the AI jailer who would appear mid-match in Gulag.
