Ubisoft Forward 2022: All the games showcased at the event including the next Assassin's Creed game

Celebrating the three years of Ubisoft+, the subscription service is currently free now until October 12, giving players access to over 100 Ubisoft games including Assassin's Creed Valhalla and Far Cry 6.

Ubisoft Forward 2022 brought a lot of announcements including a dedicated Assassin's Creed Showcase which revealed the future of Ubisoft's most-successful franchise. A release date for Skull and Bones was also revealed alongside a closer look at some of the game's features. Celebrating the three years of Ubisoft+, the subscription service is currently free now until October 12, giving players access to over 100 Ubisoft games including Assassin's Creed Valhalla and Far Cry 6. Here are all the games showcased at the event by Ubisoft. 

Assassin's Creed Showcase

The Assassin's Creed showcase gave a glimpse into the future of Ubsioft’s most successful franchise. Assassin's Creed Mirage will be the next game in the franchise and it is set in 9th century Baghdad. It will tell the story of Basim Ibn Is'haq, a character first introduced in Assassin's Creed Valhalla. Mirage will depict the story of Is’haq when he was young and was learning the life of the Hidden Ones.

Popular Games

Several other games including Assassin's Creed Codename RED, an open-world RPG game in feudal Japan as well as Assassin's Creed Codename HEXE were announced. Assassin's Creed Codename Jade, an upcoming AAA RPG action-adventure mobile game set in ancient China, was also announced at Ubisoft Forward 2022.

Skull and Bones

Skull and Bones will launching on November 8, as announced by Ubisoft. The Helm, an in-game trading network, was presented during the showcase. It will help players grow their Infamy and progress in the game. There were also different ships shown off that can be built to sail in Skull and Bones. The game will be released for PC, PS5, Xbox Series X|S, Stadia and Amazon Luna. 

Mario + Rabbids Sparks of Hope

Mario + Rabbids Sparks of Hope will soon be introducing Rayman with the third DLC expansion. A new teaser was shown featuring Rayman in the game. Mario + Rabbids Sparks of Hope will be released on October 20 on Nintendo Switch. 

Ubisoft+

Ubisoft+ will be free until October 10 for all players to enjoy across PC, Stadia and Amazon Luna. Ubisoft is making their subscription service free till that time so as to celebrate the third anniversary of Ubisoft+ and players would get free access to Assassin's Creed Valhalla, Far Cry 6, Watch Dogs: Legion, among 100+ games.

Rainbow Six Mobile

Rainbow Six Mobile closed beta will soon start on September 12 and the company announced that they are looking for players to try out the game on Google Play. Android users in the US, Canada, Mexico, Brazil, the Philippines, Singapore, and India region are eligible for signing up for the testing phase. This closed beta will be featuring new progression and Operator unlock systems. There will be 16 Operators available and two maps: Bank and Border. As for game modes, players can engage in the Bomb and Secure Area game modes. 

The Crew 2

The Crew 2 will soon be introducing Season 6 Episode 2: Dominion Frozen. Coming on September 14, this new season will add ice tracks to the game for the first time. There will be a total of nine new events, as part of this episode. The new Motorpass will have 50 tiers of rewards, including limited-edition vehicles like Saleen S7 Twin-Turbo Glacier Edition, the Mazda RX-3 Supercharged Edition and the Dodge SRT Viper GTS Lightning Edition. The Mazda and Dodge vehicles are Street Race vehicles whereas the Saleen S7 will serve as a Hypercar. 

The Division

The Division franchise received several updates. For starters, The Division Resurgence, the upcoming mobile game, will soon enter its testing phase which will feature PVP modes (Dark Zone and Conflict mode) for players to try out. The Division Heartland was announced for release in 2022-23 on PC, consoles and cloud gaming platforms. Testing phase for Heartland was also announced. 

The Division 2 Season 10: Price of Power will be launching on September 13 and it will introduce General Peter Anderson for a new Manhunt. Players would be tracking down this True Sons leader.

Trackmania

Ubisoft Forward announced Trackmania, the free-to-play racing game, is headed to PS5, PS4, Xbox Series X|S, and Xbox One in early 2023. This PC game will offer more than 280,000 player-made tracks to race on. Trackmania’s arrival to consoles and cloud will come with cross-play and cross-progression capability. 

Brawlhalla

Brawlhalla is set to feature a new Epic Crossover called Brawlhalla-vania on October 19. This collaboration with Konami Digital Entertainment will introduce Simon Belmont and Alucard to the game. Belmont is a 17th-century vampire hunter whereas Alucard is Dracula's son.

Just Dance 2023 Edition

Just Dance 2023 Edition, set to become a dance-on-demand platform, will be introducing online multiplayer and a redesigned user interface when it comes to Xbox Series X|S, PS5, and Switch on November 22. 

Netflix

Apart from an Assassin’s Creed live-action series and game, there will be two more exclusive Ubisoft mobile games coming to Netflix. A Valiant Hearts sequel was announced alongside a sequel for The Mighty Quest for Epic Loot. 

Riders Republic

Riders Republic Season 4: Freestylin’ is releasing on September 14. Ahead of its release, a look at its BMX Sport add-on was given which also focuses on a career mode and special events. There will also be a new MX-dedicated zone set in Canyonland for players to enjoy.
