This comes just days before the scheduled, January 26 release of the much-anticipated game. The game developer noted that the total number of pre-registrations for the game has crossed the four million mark. Ncore Games opened the pre-registrations on Google Play Store back in November 2020. Previously, the company outlined that this number reached 1.06 million in the first 24 hours of the announcement. As part of the announcement, the company also shared a statement along with information on the involvement of Bollywood star Akshay Kumar. Let’s check everything new around the FAU-G smartphone game from Ncore Games here.

FAU-G: latest pre-registration numbers out, Akshay Kumar actively involved

Ncore Games shared the official statement regarding the new pre-registration numbers with IGN India. As part of the report, Vishal Gondal noted, “We've crossed over four million pre-registrations.” He implied that the company managed to reach these numbers even after excluding some “low-end devices” from the pre-registrations. Gondal believes that the company could cross the five million mark before the launch. The company believes that no other smartphone game in India has gained this level of interest before the launch. We also got to know that the company is likely working on bringing the game to the low-end excluded devices in the future.

This separate report regarding the information on Kumar and his involvement notes that “he has seen every build”.

Gondal added that Akshay and his team were behind the creation of the FAU-G anthem that launched in the trailer. He recalled that Kumar said, “I am going to make the anthem and give it to you.” The Bollywood star also offers his inputs on how the characters and in-game weapons should look like. Kumar also asked the game development team to add a god in the game. Ncore Games stated that we won’t see a dog in the game at launch, but this could change in future updates.
