nCore Games has just launched its much-anticipated smartphone game, FAU-G, Fearless, and United Guards in India. The game is currently available on Google Play Store for interested gamers with an Android smartphone. Bollywood star Akshay Kumar shared the announcement for the launch on his Twitter account while encouraging fans to try. The announcement tweet highlighted that the plot of FAU-G will take players to the “frontlines and beyond”. In addition to the announcement tweet, Kumar also shared a video teaser regarding the launch of the game. This launch comes just weeks after the company shared the launch schedule for the game. Right before the launch, the company also shared that the pre-registration for the game crossed the 4 million mark. According to past reports, the company opened the pre-registration for the game back in November 2020. FAU-G crossed about 1 million pre-registrations in just 24 hours of the initial announcement. Interested players can head to the Google Play Store listing for the game and start downloading the title on their smartphones. The game currently does not support all the Android games out there and there are some minimum requirements. Inspecting the listing, it currently required devices with Android 8 Oreo and newer.

The game requires about 450MB of storage space for installation, so it is not really light of resources. However, it is still fine considering the storage requirements for several other games in the market. As reported in the past, the gameplay for the game is like any other smartphone action game. The player takes control of an Indian soldier and they must the enemy while exploring the map.

FAU-G developer nCore Games has already outlined that it is not like PUBG. Instead, the company is trying to make something different that takes its plot inspiration from the real-world. In addition, it also confirmed that FAU-G will get multiplayer and Battle Royale modes in the coming months. According to a report from IGN India, the company did not launch with multiple modes to ensure that it does not face any launch-day issues. The company also shared its plans for the eSports crowd after the release of the Multiplayer mode.
